I stand by my statement. We DID NOT mandate KEPSA to speak on our behalf but we created an inclusive team. And yes that team was specifically set up to kill the ICT Bill. That work was concluded. To hear of a revived initiative that purported to have a representative from KICTANet is really a surprise to us all. If I recall the representatives from KICTANet were myself and Grace Bomu.
