Many thanks Ali for articulating the five point agenda. I hope Hon. Mucheru
will take it in good faith just as he did when he assumed office. I also
agree that all stakeholders are equal, Private Sector, Civil Society ,
Academia, technical community just to name a few and their views or
opinions should be considered with equal weight as well. As a community we
have to learn to agree to disagree and to celebrate each other where we
have done well
