I am with @Phares on this. I don’t think co.ke can be sold. If I bought it,
I could then mess up all the .co.ke domains by just creating them as a
subdomain of my co.ke domain – unless it is clearly stated that whoever
buys co.ke is PROHIBITED from creating any subdomains on this domain.
