Thanks for the update, greatly appreciated.
I have a few queries though, I took the liberty to analyse the data and
below are my observations (based on population data from Census 2009
<en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Counties_of_Kenya>): –
1. What criteria was used to select the schools?
2. There appears to be a disproportionate allocation, with some counties
receiving much more than others yet atleast one county receiving none.
